Stakeholder Evaluation Survey

Climate Assessment for the Southwest (CLIMAS) at the University of Arizona is conducting a survey among people who receive the monthly Southwest Climate Outlook (SWCO). The survey is designed to assess SWCO's usability and relevance to you and/or your organization.

We appreciate your time and effort in participating in this survey. All information resulting from the survey will be used to improve SWCO to better suit the needs of its readers.

We would like to conduct a few follow-up interviews with survey participants. If you are willing to participate in a short phone interview, please leave your contact information in the spaces provided at the end of the survey.
